reputed company is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate in reputed company & Liquidity as part of reputed company Functions. The role involves providing exceptional customer experience in an inbound reputed company center environment, servicing treasury management products, and acting as a reputed company between clients and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Service treasury management products and services
• Identify and resolve reputed company issues, acting as a reputed company between the reputed company and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of reputed company services to meet and reputed company reputed company needs
• Identify trends through reputed company interactions
• Identify exceptions and suggest products, procedures or services that will assist in streamlining the clients' interactions
• Train clients on products and services to ensure reputed company delivery and meet implementation needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and reputed company goals

Skills

• 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong knowledge with a wide reputed company of Treasury Management products
• Experience in a reputed company center environment with strong telephone etiquette skills
• Bank reputed company experience
• Ability to reputed company, train & mentor new hires and internal partners
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company multiple computer systems and applications while reputed company and effectively using search tools to reputed company and verify information
• Intermediate reputed company Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
