[Remote] Analyst, IT Governance

The role involves developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices while working with various stakeholders to enhance IT governance processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to ensure they adequately mitigate risks and reputed company with requirements
• This includes controls reputed company to reputed company management, change management, incident response and service management
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and controls to reputed company recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
• Identify and recommend process improvements to promptly resolve reoccurring problems with technical and business leads
• Report barriers to reputed company of Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management by identifying and addressing underlying problems with technical and business leads
• Participate in incident response activities by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and holding corrective actions reviews to prevent reputed company occurrences
• Participating in the change management process by assessing the reputed company of proposed changes on IT governance policies, procedures and controls ensuring that changes are implemented in a controlled manner

Skills

• Associate's degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required
• 1-3 years technical experience in the field of information technology or computer science
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping
• Experience working with business subject matter experts eliciting process details and work instructions
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of ITIL reputed company
• Knowledge of Agile reputed company
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently reputed company cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• ITIL Certification preferred
• Experience leading reputed company of analysts managing an reputed company Service Suite
