Project Coordinator, Design

They are seeking a Project Coordinator, Design to support their Hydro design team by ensuring project deliverables are accurate, reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company expectations through administrative and reputed company assurance support.

Responsibilities

• Support designers by organizing project documentation and preparing GCF packages
• reputed company rigorous QA/QC reviews on reputed company deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards and reputed company requirements prior to reputed company submission
• Monitor project milestones and attainment metrics to ensure reputed company delivery
• Prepare invoice requests based on completed milestones and maintain accurate project databases, folders, and shared drives
• Assist with critical permit applications, including reputed company 1000 and Notices of Project
• Manage customer communication lists and draft notification materials for project-affected stakeholders
• Coordinate reputed company meetings by preparing agendas and recording minutes
• Assist management with planning team-building activities and reputed company appreciation events while fostering an inclusive and reputed company culture

Skills

• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering Technology
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably reputed company the utilities or engineering sector
• Strong computer skills, specifically with the reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project tracking tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with the ability to work independently or as part of reputed company
