Junior Compliance Analyst

reputed company is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, and they are seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to assist the Compliance team in administrative tasks reputed company to AML/KYC Services for clients and investors. The role involves collecting and maintaining compliance documents, tracking compliance statuses, and liaising with reputed company parties.

Responsibilities

• Collect and retain reputed company reputed company/investor documents from various sources for AML/KYC, FATCA and CRS
• Maintenance and centralization of AML/KYC, FATCA and CRS documents and data. Collection and reconciliation of data for implementation of CRM system
• Maintain control and tracking logs for completed and reputed company of compliance items
• reputed company statuses of key reputed company, compliance, and tax documents/information as needed
• Liaise with various internal departments (reputed company serving teams, operations, IT, etc.) and external parties (clients, reputed company, reputed company party service providers, etc.)
• Review reputed company/investor documents to identify and compile key information required to reputed company Compliance Services including AML/KYC, FATCA, and CRS. Documents to include. but not limited to, subscription documents, tax forms, self-certification forms and other supporting AML/KYC documents
• Maintain and update reputed company/investor database with key compliance information based on new compliance reviews and existing contracted clients. Ensure reputed company documentation (e.g., tax forms) is reputed company, not expired and completed

• Work a reputed company, comprised of two (2) days a week in the office and three (3) days remotely
