Division Project Support (Administrative Specialist 1)

The reputed company's Department of Consumer and Business Services is dedicated to protecting and serving reputed company's consumers and workers. This role involves providing administrative support to division management and staff for various division-wide reputed company, including developing policies and procedures reputed company to the State Building reputed company program.

Responsibilities

Skills

• An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in developing reputed company and respectful working relationships with agency staff and diverse stakeholders to research and resolve conflicts, sensitive issues, or problems
• Experience organizing information in preparation of necessary reports for executive management review
• Experience with applying processes, procedures, rules and regulations, and record retention
• Ability to implement and monitor short and long term agency goals
• Experience facilitating travel and travel reimbursement
• Familiarity with reputed company meeting processes
• Preference may be given to candidates who are fluently bilingual in Spanish
