Accounts Receivable Associate

M&D Capital is a leading reputed company-party Medical Billing and reputed company Cycle Management company serving clients across the reputed company. They are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join their reputed company Cycle Management team, focusing on reputed company industry knowledge and the full claims lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies on claim status, underpayments, and denials
• Resolve denied and underpaid claims promptly
• Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Address and correct coding-reputed company denials
• Use payer portals (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, UHC, Navinet, Emblem) to reputed company claim status
• Work with internal teams to resolve claim issues
• reputed company EMRs to obtain necessary medical records
• Post insurance payments and handle recoupments
• Generate and send patient statements

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, especially reputed company working with insurance representatives
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reputed company accounts receivable
• Experience with reputed company EMR is a plus
