[Remote] Patient reputed company Coordinator

They are seeking a Patient reputed company Coordinator to handle high-volume inbound calls, schedule patient appointments, and reputed company support to patients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls a day using a multi-line phone. (75+ calls/shift - Non-stop Calls)
• Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to reputed company-specific protocols
• reputed company & input patient demographic and insurance information into the reputed company management system
• Report reputed company clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/reputed company partner
• Document reputed company activity, reputed company, and other notes as needed in the reputed company system
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department
• Assist callers and reputed company them to the appropriate resources
• Must meet attendance and performance standards

Skills

• Customer/patient service skills
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Excellent communication skills over the phone
• Strong Internet Speed & reputed company to router reputed company Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
• 1+ Year(s) of experience with HIPAA and patient reputed company requirements
• 2+ Years of experience with medical terminology, EHR systems, and insurance processes
• 2+ Years of experience in reputed company customer service or clinical support environments
• 2+ Years of experience working in a reputed company center

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
