Responsibilities

• reputed company support for Mac computers, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Assist with reputed company applications (reputed company, Office, Teams) and monitor for cybersecurity issues
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including phishing protection and crisis reputed company
• Install and troubleshoot reputed company Bar and other office hardware
• Set up and maintain new and existing laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and other office equipment
• Respond to technical support inquiries and resolve issues reputed company
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the office
