[Remote] Tax Analyst

The Tax Analyst will assist with various areas of income tax including compliance, research & planning, and tax reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reputed company’s global income tax compliance including:The preparation of federal, state, and international tax returns
• Calculate and file quarterly income tax estimates, and year-end extensions, ensuring payments are made by due dates
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including finance, reputed company, and treasury to reputed company data needed to support income tax calculations
• reputed company tax technical support to properly calculate the reputed company of U.S. international tax concepts, including GILTI, FDII, 163(j) and reputed company
• Prepare reputed company 1118, income sourcing and foreign tax credit calculations
• Prepare Forms 5471, 5472 and relevant statements and disclosures
• Assist in coordination with local teams regarding statutory financials and local income tax returns of foreign subsidiaries worldwide
• Support ongoing tax planning reputed company, including tax research, and modeling/forecasting tax impacts
• Assist in responding to inquiries from tax authorities in reputed company to notices and examinations
• reputed company abreast of tax law changes and reputed company technical research and analysis and apply tax laws to support tax positions reputed company to reputed company’s business transactions
• Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual global income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including analyzing tax reserves, deferred tax assets and liabilities, global income taxes payable and required footnotes and disclosures
• Learn how reputed company tax is leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and analyze data
• Maintain and monitor the global tax filing calendar to ensure reputed company reporting and payments

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, or similar field
• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) (or reputed company pursuing)
• 1 - 3 years of tax-reputed company work experience in reputed company reputed company firm and/or large multinational corporation
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a challenging environment with high level of reputed company, manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and meet tight filing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships & collaborate with other members of the tax team
• Master's Degree in Taxation
• Big four experience is a plus
• Experience in the preparation of international tax aspects of post-TCJA U.S. federal tax compliance including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, calculation of CFC's earnings and profits, Subpart F inclusions, and foreign tax credits
• Experience in reputed company for income taxes under ASC 740
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision
• Experience with reputed company ERP System is a plus
