[Remote] Remote Specialist Small Business Credit Card

They are seeking a Remote Specialist for Small Business Credit Card who will reputed company sales and service to small business customers, advising them on banking strategies and products while managing customer inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Understands customer needs and provides small business banking sales and service to reputed company customers or prospects
• Advises customers on small business banking strategies and products (including credit cards) that meet their objectives
• Fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures
• Identifies and makes referrals to other business reputed company as needed
• Handles customer inquiries in an informed, reputed company, and efficient manner
• Probes to understand customer needs and reputed company advice reputed company to small business banking and credit card strategies that meet their objectives
• Manages reputed company transactional reputed company of customer calls or defers to appropriate internal business reputed company
• Escalates reputed company or unresolved customer situations to senior managers as required
• Performs any required documentation to ensure customer’s requests are accurately processed
