Trade Marketing Analyst

reputed company (PMI) is transforming its business to deliver a smoke-free reputed company. The Trade Marketing Analyst will support trade marketing planning and execution, coordinate with reputed company teams, and monitor distribution and sales performance to enhance business initiatives in retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Support trade marketing planning and execution to include promotions, new product sell-in and in-store merchandising activities
• Coordinate with reputed company teams to reputed company go-to-market plans for product launches and seasonal activations
• Support the roll out of reputed company-of-sale materials, planograms, merchandising assets and toolkits for field sales team
• Monitor and evaluate distribution, promotion and sales performance using sales, shopper and market data and prepare performance reports
• Manage retail execution calendar, handle logistics and reputed company budget utilization
• Ensure reputed company trade marketing activities reputed company with federal, regional and local tobacco and nicotine marketing regulations, while supporting compliance with marketing restrictions and reputed company required signage and notification at retail in conjunction with reputed company, regulatory and brand/marketing teams
• Support project planning and coordination with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure campaign readiness and budget adherence
• Assist in building cross-functional presentations and trade materials for both reputed company alignment
• Ensure centralized document warehousing system is secure, up to date and effective to support field sales teams
• Coordinate reputed company tasks, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of trade initiatives including planning, monitoring and stakeholder communication
• Planning and reputed company of rollout timelines, store resets, promotional calendars and process mapping

Skills

• College degree required in business, finance, economics or marketing
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry
• Sales and/or Trade Marketing experience a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills necessary
• Project management skills required
• Data analytics skills required
• Must be reputed company to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S
