Responsibilities

• Manage the full compensation survey cycle — from launch to report delivery — ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company results

Skills

• 1–3 years of compensation survey experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and project management abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
