[Remote] Enrollment Technician I (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Enrollment Technician I to ensure accurate and reputed company enrollment of members into their systems. The role involves coordinating with various departments and handling member enrollment data while maintaining service reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Enroll subscribers and dependents for reputed company lines of business as requested reputed company fax, U.S. mail, and/or e-mail
• Verify enrollment status, reputed company changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and other forms of enrollment events
• Complete monthly reconciliation process and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Account Installation team as it pertains to member identification card process to ensure cards are not released until reputed company enrollment updates are completed and audited
• Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure that reputed company group enrollments are processed prior to running the monthly reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Less than one year experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/or data analysis
• Must be reputed company to work effectively in reputed company environment
• Must be reputed company to adapt reputed company to multiple and rapidly changing priorities
• Must be reputed company to learn and comprehend details of reputed company accounts, process reputed company diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software
• Must be reputed company to work effectively with large amounts of member enrollment data, paying reputed company attention to detail upon entering data into the appropriate CareFirst system
• Must be reputed company to use reputed company Office, specifically reputed company
• Must be reputed company to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from reputed company customers, reputed company set expectations for service reputed company
• Must be reputed company to effectively communicate and reputed company reputed company customer service to every reputed company customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
