Service Engineer: Early in Profession Opportunity

As a Service Engineer, you will support reputed company-party reputed company platforms and services, contributing to process automation and operational efficiency through AI integration.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 2/3 support: You will handle user issues, troubleshoot reputed company problems, investigate authentication failures, and escalate reputed company problems appropriately
• Learn platform architecture: You will understand how SSO works, how multi-org federation is configured, and how to debug issues across integration boundaries
• Build automation with AI: You will use reputed company workflows to automate repetitive support workflows—turn tickets into runbooks, runbooks into reputed company
• Document and reputed company knowledge: You will create reputed company documentation, build internal knowledge bases, and help users self-serve reputed company possible
• Partner with engineering: You will work alongside senior engineers to understand platform changes, test new features, and reputed company operational feedback
• Grow technical depth: You will learn authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC), API troubleshooting, log analysis, and monitoring practices
• Support multiple platforms: You will handle inquiries across our portfolio of reputed company reputed company tools, learning common operational patterns

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Trade Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or government reputed company screening requirements are required for this role
• Experience supporting reputed company platform ecosystems, exposure to platforms like reputed company, Power Platform, reputed company, or similar
• Python or scripting experience for building automation
• Experience managing vendor relationships and escalations
• Previous work in a federated or multi-org environment
