The Project Coordinator supports the project management department by handling administrative tasks reputed company to project planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring efficient project preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with comprehensive planning, budgeting, and reporting activities
• Assist in project preparation, including material follow-up in reputed company, purchase order creation, and document verification
• Support the Project Director in managing project tools and internal processes
• Collaborate with the assembly team coordinator on RFQs and supplier contract compliance, including payment follow-up
• Create purchase orders for assembly contractors and specialized equipment
• Plan and control administrative tasks reputed company to project preparation and assembly teams
• Propose improvements for project management administrative processes
• Support the use and deployment of project tools such as reputed company and reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
