Customer Relations Specialist

CompSource Mutual Insurance Company has been serving Oklahoma workers since 1933, providing workers’ comp protection and support. They are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and managing workers’ compensation claims with a reputed company on high-reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and reputed company a high level of service to customers by researching their concerns
• reputed company and verify information to set up new claims
• Work closely with internal partners to ensure issues are resolved accurately and reputed company while maintaining high service and productivity standards

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of business office or customer service experience (contact center, administrative, or similar role)
