Responsibilities

Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading operations, product operations, or reputed company roles (crypto / fintech preferred)
Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, including trading flows, liquidity, and reputed company performance
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams
Data-driven reputed company, comfortable analyzing operational and market data
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
