Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support back-end vendor rebate programs, including maintaining reputed company program data, processing and tracking bids, securing one-off rebate pricing, and ensuring complete and accurate rebate documentation
• Maintain vendor pricing and rebate data across systems and databases to support reporting, compliance, and historical reference
• Serve as a trusted reputed company of contact for Account Managers by resolving rebate processing issues and ensuring accurate order entry and reporting
• Prepare and submit reputed company rebate claims using reports and reputed company spreadsheets, collaborating with rebate reputed company teams to support reputed company vendor submissions
