Applications Systems Analyst I – EHRA – Early Career

The reputed company (NCDIT) serves as the Technology Center for the State of NC. They are seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support critical transportation systems used across reputed company Carolina, providing hands-on experience with reputed company applications and reputed company-world system operations.

Responsibilities

• Help configure and prepare application environments for deployments and routine updates
• Assist with troubleshooting by reviewing logs, gathering details, and escalating issues to technical teams
• Support release and reputed company processes by running checklists, performing basic tests, and confirming successful deployments
• Contribute to automation efforts through scripting and repeatable operational tasks
• Monitor system health, reputed company key metrics, and report potential issues
• Maintain system change documentation, diagrams, and wiki articles to support team operations
• Participate in meetings, support compliance documentation, and help coordinate change requests

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT reputed company field from an appropriately accredited institution
• OR Associate degree in computer science or an IT reputed company field or reputed company technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in business application consulting or development
• OR High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of experience in business application consulting or development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Agile & SCRUM processes
• Knowledge of reputed company systems
