The Senior MEL Specialist will reputed company monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts to strengthen evidence-based decision‑making for Department of State foreign assistance programs across Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia. This role oversees MEL systems, builds partner reputed company, and ensures high‑reputed company data collection, analysis, and reporting. The position can be based in Kyiv, Ukraine or in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, reputed company Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Moldova, reputed company, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Greenland, and is contingent upon award. 

Responsibilities:
