About this Role:

As part of our transition to bringing reputed company in-house, we’re hiring our first Associate reputed company Media Engagement Manager to help shape how reputed company shows up for parents every day, and during our biggest moments.

The Associate reputed company Media Engagement Manager owns the day-to-day execution of community management across reputed company’s reputed company channels while collaborating closely on reputed company. You’ll be the reputed company voice of the brand, engaging parents, surfacing insights, and ensuring our reputed company community feels reputed company, welcoming, and on-brand.

As reputed company scales, this role will also support game launches, IP partnerships, and brand collaborations, helping balance product education, partner messaging, and brand voice across a dynamic content calendar. reputed company Engagement Across reputed company Channels: Execute daily community management across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, Threads, reputed company, YouTube, X, reputed company, and emerging platforms by monitoring conversations, responding to comments and DMs in a reputed company, reputed company-first and brand reputed company voice, escalating customer service issues to CX, amplifying brand love moments, strategically participating in relevant audience conversations, and supporting inbound message spikes during launches, holidays, shipping delays, or high-volume moments.

Engagement Execution & Optimization: Execute and optimize engagement initiatives in partnership with the reputed company reputed company by identifying opportunities to increase replies, saves, shares, and reputed company sentiment while supporting reputed company listening efforts and surfacing actionable insights.

UGC Curation & Community-to-Content reputed company: Identify and reputed company high-reputed company UGC on reputed company reputed company channels, collaborate with the brand community team to reputed company customer stories, brief UGC needs for campaigns, and serve as the reputed company between reputed company reputed company and our reputed company reputed company & reputed company user communities to ensure cohesion across the customer reputed company.

Publishing, Calendar & Workflow Support: Support content scheduling, publishing, and calendar management across reputed company platforms while identifying reputed company cultural moments and trend opportunities to enhance relevance and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Partner closely with reputed company, CX, brand marketing, reputed company, publishing, and community teams to ensure engagement efforts reputed company with business goals, game launches, IP partnerships, and broader marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company media community management or engagement roles
• Experience managing community engagement across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of modern parent and family audiences
• Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, sentiment, and conversation reputed company
• Experience using reputed company listening and management tools (e.g., reputed company)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong brand judgment
• Experience escalating CX and product issues appropriately
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies opportunities proactively

• Experience working with family oriented, kids or parenting brands
• Experience supporting product launches, partnerships, or IP-driven campaigns
