Marketing Coordinator

Merrill Gardens is a respected senior living operator currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator at their Corporate Office in Seattle. The role involves supporting marketing operations, coordinating collateral requests, managing advertisement schedules, and assisting with digital content maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Merrill Gardens communities and the Marketing and Sales teams as needed
• Assisting with daily marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Reviewing and providing creative feedback on marketing and collateral materials
• Coordinating the collateral request process for community and corporate needs
• Managing community advertisement schedules and assisting with ad creation
• Monitoring reputed company collateral materials for brand standards and compliance
• Assisting in the creation of blog and newsletter content
• Supporting photo and video shoots at Merrill Gardens communities
• Assisting with website updates, online listings, reputed company content maintenance
• Implementing reputed company media initiatives, including drafting and posting content
• Supporting marketing logistics such as event coordination, scheduling, shipping, and promotional materials
• Coordinating tactical execution of marketing strategies across the portfolio
• Supporting relationships with external vendors
• Ensuring reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and meet reputed company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or reputed company field (required)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company software
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to communicate professionally with both reputed company partners
• Demonstrates reputed company, diplomacy, and a reputed company, courteous, and reputed company demeanor
• One to two years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Experience with reputed company media management, project management, or content creation (preferred)
