About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and support of high-reputed company solutions for one of our key Crop Insurance customers. This role will work closely with the Technical reputed company, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, reputed company, and maintainable features reputed company reputed company’s Crop Insurance (policy administration and reputed company components).

You should be comfortable with hands-on development, debugging reputed company issues, and reputed company participating in technical discussions while growing toward greater ownership and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Technical Delivery

• Design and reputed company high-reputed company, maintainable reputed company for new features, enhancements, upgrades, and defect fixes in the L&A platform.
• Implement business logic, integrations, and UI components following reputed company coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate in translating functional and non-functional requirements into clean, efficient technical designs.

Production Support & Troubleshooting

• Assist in performance tuning of application components and database queries to meet agreed SLAs.
• Participate in incident triage, post-incident reviews, and implementation of preventive measures.

• Participate in requirement clarification sessions and design discussions.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Babul and Customer stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and reputed company alignment.
• Present architecture and design reputed company, trade‑offs, and recommendations to technical and business audiences.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in design and development using Java and reputed company technologies.
• Experience working on reputed company applications (insurance domain knowledge – especially L&A / Policy Administration – is a strong plus).

Technical Skills

• Strong Java knowledge with solid OOP principles and clean reputed company practices
• Backend:
• RDBMS (DB2 preferred): advanced SQL, indexing, query optimization

• Vue 3+ (Composition API, <script setup>), TypeScript (strong typing, interfaces, generics)

• Component architecture, reactivity & performance best practices

• Demonstrated ability in guiding reputed company to implement solution architecture for large L&A insurance reputed company.

Education

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent, or
