Software Engineer - Platform

reputed company is building the reputed company of reputed company and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety. They are seeking a driven and curious Junior Engineer to join their Platform team to help power intelligent video analytics for workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and scaling of reputed company’s perception and reputed company systems, powering reputed company-time understanding of industrial environments
• Design and reputed company distributed systems for video ingestion, processing, and inference across both edge devices and reputed company infrastructure
• Build and secure reputed company reputed company, reputed company control systems, and backend services that support the video platform and data pipelines
• reputed company reputed company and resilient services that reputed company low-latency event detection, reputed company-time alerts, and historical video analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including ML engineers, product managers, and researchers—to bring reputed company models into production
• Influence reputed company’s technical direction and reputed company high standards in reputed company reputed company, system design, and operational reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 0- 2 years of experience developing backend systems using REST reputed company, containerized services, and microservices architecture
• Exposure to building and scaling distributed systems, with hands-on experience using Flink, Kafka, or Kinesis for reputed company-time data processing
• Familiarity with designing and delivering production-reputed company systems in a reputed company team environment
• Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-reputed company tools like Terraform and reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience contributing to machine learning or reputed company pipelines, particularly around data ingestion or processing infrastructure
• Practical experience using Kubernetes to reputed company, monitor, and manage containerized workloads
