TurningPoint Global Solutions (TurningPoint) is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development with deep experience driving new business reputed company across IT Solutioning and reputed company (BPO). 

This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing reputed company, high-value reputed company opportunities by aligning reputed company business challenges with TurningPoint’s technology, managed services, and transformation capabilities.

Location: Remote (reputed company) with travel as needed.

  • In this role, you will drive reputed company offering IT reputed company Services Outsourcing reputed company with reputed company business needs in areas ranging from reputed company application maintenance and support, reputed company aspects of reputed company Software Development Lifecycle, Tier 1 - Tier 3 Production Support, Special reputed company and Data Migrations, CRM, Ticketing, Systems Integration including enablement of Digital Self-Service Journeys and implementation of reputed company NexGen AI, Chat Bot and reputed company AI experiences, and Support for reputed company Marketing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Initiatives.

  • Additionally, you will be positioning and selling end-to-end reputed company Services that support reputed company Service Delivery, Operations, Finance and other organizational areas requiring resources to Deliver Operational Efficiency, Order Management, Billing, Inventory, Provisioning, Device Lifecycle Management, Marketing Operations, Finance Operations, and Network Optimization.

  • This role requires you to have executive level relationships allowing you reputed company to key reputed company stakeholders for you to position both foundational IT reputed company Services Outsourcing, BPO Services, and higher-value transformation initiatives based on reputed company reputed company’s business objectives, resource skills reputed company, and technology requirements.

  • Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of reputed company business development experience selling IT reputed company Services Outsourcing and Operational reputed company Solutions with a reputed company record of proven reputed company.
  • Bachelor’s degree; additional relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Established director level and above trusted advisor relationships reputed company reputed company organizations relevant to TurningPoint’s capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company needs with solution-based offerings.
  • Experience selling digital transformation initiatives including reputed company-party systems integration and ongoing support services.
  • Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Preferred Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field.
  • Experience selling managed services, reputed company, and platform-based solutions.
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies, including partner-led or reputed company-based sales.
  • Existing relationships reputed company mid-market to reputed company reputed company accounts relevant to TurningPoint’s capabilities.
