Graphic Designer

Energy CX is redefining the energy brokerage industry as the fastest-growing player in the US. They are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team, responsible for creating engaging designs across various channels to enhance the company’s brand presence. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and managing multiple projects while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding and campaign initiatives across multiple platforms and channels
• Ensure all content aligns with Energy CX's brand voice, tone, and style
• Collaborate with internal teams — including copywriters, content specialists, and our product designer — to support marketing and sales efforts
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Recruiting, and other departments to support their design needs
• Enhance department systems and processes to support scalability and efficiency
• Design sales collateral including decks, one-pagers and case studies
• Create on-brand email campaigns, newsletters, and digital ad creative including LinkedIn ads
• Develop social media graphics and visual assets across platforms
• Contribute to website design updates and landing page builds
• Help implement and maintain our rebrand across all marketing channels
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
• Uphold and evolve Energy CX's visual brand standards across every touchpoint

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new projects, tools, and feedback
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
• Proficiency in Figma — our primary design tool
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A portfolio demonstrating range across formats: sales collateral, social, digital ads, web, and email
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a strong plus
