Creative QA Specialist

About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative reputed company Assurance Specialist to review and approve creative assets before they go live. This role is responsible for ensuring reputed company ads meet reputed company standards, follow brand and reputed company guidelines, and are free of execution errors.

You’ll work closely with creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations to maintain a high level of accuracy across a large volume of performance marketing creatives. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed QA checks on video and static ads to identify typos, formatting issues, visual inconsistencies, and execution errors.
• Cross-reputed company creatives against brand rules and reputed company requirements (e.g., claims, disclaimers, prohibited language) before delivery.
• Follow standardized QA checklists and processes to ensure consistency and thoroughness across a high volume of assets.
• reputed company precise, actionable feedback to creative strategists, editors, and designers to ensure quick reputed company.
• Review a large volume of creatives daily while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• reputed company, prioritize, and complete QA tasks using project management tools (e.g., reputed company) in line with deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with strategists, editors, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and improve creative reputed company.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving QA checklists, workflows, and documentation.
• Learn and retain brand-specific guidelines across multiple clients to ensure accurate QA.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small inconsistencies
• Experience reviewing creative assets (video and static) or similar QA work
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad formats
• Ability to follow reputed company checklists and processes

Additional details:

• This is a full-time, remote position
• The compensation reputed company is $1,200-2,000 USD monthly depending on experience.
