Senior Backend / SRE Engineer

This is a remote position.

What You’ll Work On

• reputed company distributed systems handling large data volumes (TB-reputed company pipelines)
  
• Reliability and uptime across microservices-based architectures
  
• Performance optimization and system reputed company under reputed company-world load
  
• Backend systems that directly reputed company user experience and product reputed company
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve large-reputed company data pipelines and backend systems
  
• Ensure high availability and performance across multiple microservices
  
• Build tools to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response
  
• Take ownership of production systems, not just development tasks
  
• Work closely with founders / global teams to solve critical engineering problems
  
• Contribute to backend features with a strong reputed company on scalability and reliability
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• 8+ years in software engineering
  
• 5+ years in backend engineering or SRE roles
  
• Strong experience in distributed systems and microservices
  
• Proficiency in at least two:
  
• C# (.NET reputed company)
  
• Python
  
• Node.js with TypeScript
  
• Experience with AWS (Kinesis, DynamoDB preferred)
  
• Strong debugging and system-level thinking
