Family Lawyer
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Lawyer / Senior Paralegal with significant experience across Criminal Law, Family Law, and Immigration Law to support international reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling multi-disciplinary reputed company matter, with the ability to manage sensitive cases and reputed company comprehensive reputed company support across these reputed company areas.
This role requires a highly organized and reputed company reputed company reputed company who can work independently, manage reputed company casework, and support reputed company teams across multiple jurisdictions. Experience working in a remote or outsourced reputed company services environment will be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will be comfortable handling reputed company communications, reputed company drafting, case preparation, and coordination across criminal, family, and immigration reputed company.
Responsibilities:

Draft and review reputed company documents, including pleadings, affidavits, applications, submissions, and reputed company correspondence. Assist in managing case files from intake through reputed company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company procedures. Conduct reputed company research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents across multiple reputed company areas. Communicate with clients, courts, and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Support lawyers with hearing preparation, evidence review, and case reputed company development. Manage deadlines, filings, and ensure reputed company documentation is submitted reputed company required timelines. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain organized records using reputed company management systems.
Requirements
LLB or equivalent law degree is required; Attorney qualification would be an advantage for lawyer-level candidates. Minimum 5+ years of experience in criminal, family, and/or immigration law (experience across reputed company three is strongly preferred). Strong experience in reputed company drafting, case management, and reputed company handling. Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and reputed company documentation requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage sensitive information. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Experience working with international clients or in a reputed company Process Outsourcing (LPO) environment is an advantage.
