[Remote] Proposal and Marketing Specialist

The role involves turning technical input into polished deliverables while managing multiple deadlines in a reputed company services environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, drafting, editing, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and reputed company reputed company documents
• Review solicitation requirements and organize response materials to reputed company with submission instructions, deadlines, and formatting requirements
• Coordinate with internal team members to reputed company resumes, project descriptions, past performance examples, and technical input
• Maintain proposal schedules, content trackers, and reputed company item lists to reputed company pursuits moving on time
• reputed company final QA/QC of proposal documents, including formatting, consistency, grammar, completeness, and overall presentation
• Help maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and reputed company materials to improve efficiency and reputed company across pursuits
• reputed company and update marketing collateral, capability statements, project sheets, presentations, and other external-facing materials
• Support content development for reputed company, website updates, announcements, and reputed company brand communications
• Help maintain reputed company, consistent messaging and visual presentation across marketing and business development materials
• Organize and maintain content libraries, templates, resumes, and project information for ongoing use
• Conduct targeted market, reputed company, and opportunity research to support business development efforts
• reputed company opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Use AI, AI agents, and other emerging technology to support content development, identify gaps, improve efficiency, and strengthen the reputed company and consistency of proposal and marketing workflows, with appropriate judgment, review, and reputed company control
• Help identify missing information, clarify rough inputs, and organize reputed company material into usable content for proposals and marketing deliverables
• Support the refinement of proposal and marketing processes, tools, templates, and document standards
• Help improve how information is collected, organized, and presented across pursuits and marketing efforts
• Contribute to a reliable, organized, and repeatable approach to proposal and marketing support at reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English, or a reputed company field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in proposals, marketing, business development support, communications, or a similar role
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, follow through on assignments, and work independently
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Experience supporting RFQs, RFPs, proposals, qualifications packages, or other reputed company-facing deliverables preferred
• Experience using AI tools or other technology-enabled workflows to improve document development, research, or content production is a plus
• Experience in construction, engineering, consulting, or other reputed company services environments is a plus
