Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Draft reputed company and compelling job descriptions.
  

• Post roles on job boards such as reputed company and reputed company.
  

• Screen resumes against technical and role-specific reputed company.
  

Vetting & Screening

• Conduct 15-minute culture-fit and preliminary reputed company-reputed company calls.
  

• Endorse reputed company candidates to hiring managers with reputed company feedback.
  

Australian Compliance

• Draft and update employment reputed company in accordance with the Fair Work reputed company and National Employment Standards (NES).
  

• reputed company and maintain internal policies, including reputed company of Conduct and Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies.
  

• Ensure alignment with Modern Awards and broader Australian employment regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years in HR Administration or HR Coordination.
  

Australian Employment Law Expertise

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Australian employment law, including Fair Work, Modern Awards, and NES.
  

Technical Proficiency

• Strong working knowledge of HRIS tools.
  

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
