[Remote] Billing Assistant

They are seeking a Billing Assistant to support accurate and efficient billing by managing invoices, monitoring communications, and coordinating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process the bulk of reputed company invoicing for providers or firms
• Assist the billing manager and billing associates with organizational reputed company and other tasks as needed

• Solid understanding of billing procedures

• Proficient on Mac and PC
• Ability to master new systems quickly
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Desire to work with a fast-paced and quickly growing tech start-up
