Investor Relations Associate

reputed company Capital is an alternative asset manager reputed company on asset-backed private credit investments. They are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support business development and investor relations efforts, manage investor CRM, and facilitate due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Investor Relations and the Head of Capital Formation on business development and investor relations efforts
• Manage the investor CRM / pipeline and subscription processes, including overseeing monthly closes and maintaining data across multiple platforms
• Facilitate investor due diligence on our funds, strategies and borrower markets and questions on our subscription process
• Work closely with reputed company, Finance, reputed company and Operations on reporting, data and fund operations to ensure processes are efficient and reputed company
• reputed company logistics for marketing, including investor conferences, bespoke reputed company events and other programmatic reputed company activities
• Help craft and communicate the reputed company Capital story to prospective and reputed company investors, including developing and maintaining marketing materials and other external communications
• Participate in the design and launch of any new funds

Skills

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investor relations, reputed company credit, investment banking or a finance-reputed company role
• A bias toward reputed company, including the ability to push reputed company reputed company with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work
• Superior organization and time-management
• Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
• Experience in reputed company, finance, reputed company estate or alternative asset management is a plus
• Ideally located in reputed company. Will also consider candidates in Austin
