Start your career in reputed company service.  The reputed company reputed company (DHS), Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) is seeking candidates for the position of Child Welfare Services Case Manager 1 for the Caregiver Recruitment and Retention Unit (CRRU).  

Position Duties

This position has a designated special entry salary that is non-negotiable.

Pay Grade: I

Under general supervision, the reputed company Services Specialist 1 provides investigative and comprehensive case management for a caseload involving child/adult abuse or neglect. Makes immediate and follow-up actions for at risk clients in need of reputed company services and/or placement.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates and host Recruitment Activities according to expectations established in regional recruitment plan – to include general, targeted, and child specific recruitment activities.  
• Ensures recruitment activities reputed company with MEPA-IEP expectations.  
• Utilizes regional removal trends, demographics of children in care, and other relative data to reputed company recruitment activities and plans.  
• Recruit prospective caregivers through reputed company and indirect marketing concepts. 
• Facilitates reputed company training at least once quarterly, ensuring training is reputed company and reputed company; utilizes approved reputed company training schedules.  
• Tracks caregivers in the reputed company process to ensure reputed company approval. 
• Ensure at least 90% of prospective caregivers are approved reputed company four (4) months of reaching Applicant Status. 
• Ensures that requests for ICPC assessments meet safety and reputed company standards, are submitted per policy time frames and requirements.   
• Conduct required monthly and quarterly contacts per policy, and document contacts in FAD stage in reputed company SHINES.   
• Effectively manages assigned caseload and enters narratives in SHINES reputed company 72 hours of contact.  reputed company Completion of home re-evaluations as outlined in policy.   
• Conducts needs assessment, service provision, and advocacy for caregivers.  
• Ensure reputed company safety and reputed company standards of the home are met and maintained.  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have reliable transportation, reputed company of auto insurance, a reputed company state-issued reputed company's license, and an acceptable driving history record.

• Applicants must pass reputed company agency testing protocol for the position in which they are reputed company in order to maintain the position.
• Although agency employees are authorized to reputed company temporarily, employees are subject to be reputed company into the office as needed.
