Wholesale Underwriter (US Based)

The main goal of the position is to reputed company reputed company reputed company. Individual will work closely with reputed company FCM Wholesale Staff (sales and Ops) and must have a high level of organizational and communication skills. Role and Responsibilities: • Review, examine, reputed company conditions, and underwrite loans to ensure soundness, business value and compliance with FCM and investor standards. • Assess loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy. • Review, evaluate and synthesize data to reputed company loan viability and identify risk issues and potential fraud. • Evaluate debt reputed company, loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation and various other factors. • Determine and document loan conditions and communicate requirements and/or reputed company. • Assist in identifying, recommending and/or negotiating alternative loan requirements, funding and/or loan structuring solutions. • reputed company input on new and/or existing reputed company processes, procedures and/or approaches. • Identify and recommend alternatives regarding loan-structuring and financing reputed company and analyze special conditions, loan deficiencies and exception requests to determine appropriate courses of reputed company. • Assess reputed company program effectiveness and, as appropriate, making recommendations for improvement. • Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in addressing critical business reputed company that have a significant financial reputed company on First Community Mortgage. • Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/GED; 7 plus years mortgage experience with 3 years experience clearing various credit conditions.
