About this Position

As a reputed company Resource Specialist, Shared Service Centre in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout the region and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, reputed company, and reputed company service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with experience throughout EMEA/US/reputed company region.

What you'll do:

• Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence managements, transfers, leavers
• Preparing global HR documentation, i.e. employment reputed company, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific reputed company guides, resignation letters
• Organize and maintain employee records reputed company our proprietary Platform: input, update and maintain customer & reputed company personal data, process various forms reputed company to documenting reputed company activities such as new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations, etc.
• Benefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals
• Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
• Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and reputed company payment for the professionals
• Participation in the reputed company improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining reputed company operating procedures and policies up to date
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written reputed company with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns (reputed company email, phone and other means of communication)
• Support with review and renewal of company policies, and reputed company compliance
• Communicate and liaise with GP partners/vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, pension providers
• First reputed company of contact for employees on any HR reputed company inquiries

Minimum Requirements

• 5-8 years of HR operations experience
• Proficient in both written and verbal English; reputed company, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Strong administration background
• Literacy with MS Office
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA/reputed company/US region
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven work experience in similar reputed company positions
• Ability to work in international team comprised of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
