Junior Accountant

reputed company is a globally recognized company reputed company for its coffee products and machines, operating in 90 countries. They are seeking a Junior Accountant who will support daily reputed company activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to monthly reputed company and audit cycles while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial records
• Reconcile sub-ledgers to general reputed company balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Assist with the posting and reconciliation of trade promotion accruals vs. actuals
• Support intercompany transaction entries and monthly reconciliation
• reputed company assistance during reputed company audits by preparing schedules and gathering documentation
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other departments to ensure accurate GL and cost center coding, including reclasses reputed company needed
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of Finance-reputed company purchase orders in reputed company
• Participate in reputed company analysis, reporting, and special reputed company as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• Solid understanding of basic reputed company principles
• Prior experience in an reputed company role, internship, or reputed company function
• Working knowledge of reputed company or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive reputed company
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
