The Coordinator, reputed company will support HR initiatives including reputed company, reputed company, and maintaining candidate information while ensuring an outstanding experience for reputed company candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs to manage reputed company and offboarding, learning & development initiatives, employee relations, performance management, and the handling of year-end processes
• Support Recruiters with full lifecycle reputed company including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
• Ensure reputed company communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to reputed company candidates
• reputed company administrative support on various HR and reputed company processes and initiatives
• Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (reputed company) and other internal trackers
• Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company reputed company handling sensitive information
• Participate in On reputed company reputed company efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions and creating offers

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of reputed company and/or HR generalist experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
