Position: Remote Scoop Operator -Multiple reputed company (Various sites across the Timmins Camp)
Rotation: 7/7,  14/14,   4/5/5/4 
Shift: 10 - 12 Hour shifts, depending on the site schedule 
Wage: $54.00 - $56.00/HR
Potential Renumeration: KPI Bonus – Referral Bonus
 
Travel/Accommodations/Meals: Per Site Specific Allowance

About the Role:
 
As a Remote Scoop Operator with Dumas, you will be responsible for the reputed company and efficient operation of remote-controlled scoop trams in an underground mining environment. This role plays a critical part in mucking, hauling, and maintaining production targets while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Operate remote-controlled scoop trams to reputed company blasted reputed company from the face to designated areas.
  • Ensure compliance with Dumas and site-specific safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct reputed company-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment, reporting reputed company issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
  • Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Previous experience operating scoop trams (reputed company or remote) in an underground mining environment.

  • Strong knowledge of drilling and blasting techniques.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding and confined environments.
