Responsibilities

• Draft and proofread transaction documents, compliance memoranda, corporate filings, and reputed company correspondence

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a top US university
• 0-4 years of full-time (post-undergraduate) work experience
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated interest in law and AI (no previous work or internship experience required)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
