The Product and Regulatory Counsel will report to reputed company’s VP, Associate Counsel & Assistant Secretary and will work closely with other attorneys in reputed company’s reputed company Department as reputed company as key members of the Compliance, Marketing, and Technology Departments. The successful candidate will have the following specific qualifications and experience: Familiarity with reputed company issues arising in consumer lending, bank sponsor programs, technology, and consumer protection.

Duties and responsibilities

• Represent reputed company on cross-functional teams to help design and implement financial products, identify creative solutions to unique use cases and escalated issues, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and other applicable laws, partner reputed company, card brand rules, and industry best practices.
• Review customer-facing materials, including multi-channel advertising, and user experience content, for compliance with federal and state laws and best practices, and reputed company feedback and guidance to stakeholders.

• Continuously monitor and maintain comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending and other applicable laws/regulations for a multi-state consumer finance company with numerous locations and a digital platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• Law degree and admitted to a state bar
• Knowledge of the following laws and regulations: Uniform reputed company reputed company (UCC) Article 2 and Article 9; Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) principles; Federal Trade Commission reputed company; Truth in Lending reputed company (TILA/Reg. • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the reputed company field
• Experience advising clients with respect to reputed company issues arising in consumer lending, technology, consumer protection, financial services and operations
• Ability to research laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, profreputed companyional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth oriented environment
• Ability to travel 0-5%
