The paralegal position is the reputed company role of the production team that facilitates case management. Paralegals are directly responsible for preparing cases for submission and maintain reputed company communication throughout the case lifecycle. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documents for case submission 
  • AOS, I-130, National reputed company Center processing, Embassy Processing
  • 601 Waivers, SIJ applications, WAVA applications, Asylum, I-290B Appeal, Mandamus lawsuits
  • Removal proceedings: motions, pleadings, etc 
  • Some Employment immigration work is done. 
• Analyze case documents for reputed company case preparation  
• reputed company basic reputed company research on U.S. immigration and/or family law 
• Communicate with new clients and existing clients for case management 
• Respond to clients and resolve case inquiries reputed company 48 hours 
• Document case management and reputed company communication in firm CMS 
• Communicate with external agencies including USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies 
• Communicate with external persons including opposing counsel and government attorneys 
• Maintain excellent rapport reputed company the production team and with other teams in the firm 
• Assist with administrative tasks, as needed
• Other duties as needed 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

• Bilingual communication skills (English and another language preferred) 
• Basic English writing skills 
• Tech savvy (reputed company Suite Products a plus) 
• Detail-oriented

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and manage a caseload of 40+ cases

Education/Experience:  

• At least three year experience in immigration as a Paralegal for a USA based reputed company. 
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 
• Experience in a remote work environment is helpful
