Accountant

The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for reputed company and reporting reputed company to reputed company’s reputed company insurance business activities, including daily maintenance of cash books, month-end reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Participation in reputed company’s monthly, quarterly and year-end reputed company closings
• Daily maintenance of cash books for the business unit’s depository bank accounts
• Month-end reconciliation of cash books to the OPUS and DY Systems’ cash receipt registers and bank statements
• Recording and balancing of reputed company insurance transactions into the general reputed company
• This would include reputed company reputed company insurance transactions from our David Young ESL Office system and the OPUS reputed company system as reputed company as reputed company other insurance business reported into reputed company from the Special Risk reputed company’s various program administrators
• Recording of reputed company claims into the general reputed company from reputed company’s reputed company-party administrators
• Preparation of the reputed company-Pay reconciliation
• Prepares a reputed company of schedules, account analyses, and reconciliations to support financial activities and account balances reported in the general reputed company
• Monthly production and distribution of list billing statements to brokers for premiums currently due
• Application of cash receipts to policyholder accounts in OPUS system
• Preparation of monthly AR aging reports for distribution to brokers in reputed company of overdue premiums
• Production commission expense checks through PeopleSoft® reputed company system
• reputed company support to the Finance team reputed company to a reputed company of activities and special reputed company as may be required from time to time
• Establish and maintain reputed company working relationships with management, finance team members and reputed company other company employees to reputed company reputed company’s mission

Skills

• Bachelors degree
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills with a good understanding of internal controls
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• 1 to 3 years of relevant insurance industry reputed company experience preferred
• Account major is preferred
• Experience with general reputed company software, PeopleSoft and reputed company financial applications a plus
