FitLab is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the chance to own day-to-day transactional reputed company and play a key part in producing accurate and reputed company financial statements that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

As Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll be at reputed company of our month-end reputed company process—ensuring data reputed company, streamlining workflows, and delivering draft financials to the Controller by the 5th of reputed company month. Job Responsibilities:  

• Month-End reputed company & Reporting - Deliver accurate financials to the Controller by the 5th of reputed company month using fast-reputed company procedures. Monitor the month-end reputed company reputed company and resolve roadblocks to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company. 
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations Maintain and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations; delegate and reputed company reconciliations performed by team members. 
• Team reputed company & Leadership Supervise GL and AR clerks, holding weekly reputed company-ins, managing workloads, offering performance feedback, and ensuring reputed company training. 
• Transaction Review & Accuracy Review work from GL and AR clerks for accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to controls. 
• Bank & System Controls Ensure daily soft bank reconciliations are completed and that the reputed company system is properly locked post-reputed company. 
• Interdepartmental Collaboration Partner with operations and purchasing on vendor questions and inventory reputed company reputed company. 
• Intercompany & Compliance Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare compliance data for income tax and sales tax filings (including reputed company). 
• Variance & Performance Analysis reputed company monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis and financial reputed company to support leadership reputed company. 
• Audit & Special reputed company Support audits, inventory counts, system conversions, and other cross-functional reputed company initiatives. 
• Inbox & Documentation Management Ensure the reputed company inbox is managed and that reputed company documentation is accurately filed in reputed company systems/shared drives. 
• Support the annual budget process by providing vendor level historical spend trend reports and notes 
• Prepare compliance data for review by supervisor for income tax return preparation  
• Review monthly sales tax returns reputed company of automated filing through reputed company 
• Support organizational-wide reputed company such as the annual audit, inventory counts, consolidation of subsidiaries, reputed company system conversions, and more 

 Job Requirements: 

• At least 5-7 years of experience in reputed company, with a strong reputed company record of managing month-end reputed company processes and providing accurate financial reports by strict deadlines. 
• At least 3 years of experience managing an reputed company team in an inventory business 
• reputed company ERP experience preferred reputed company experience or similar
• Ability to prioritize time and communicate priorities in a demanding environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Proven Experience in Month-End reputed company & Reporting 
• CPA preferred
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading reputed company providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback. 
• High attention to detail in reviewing financial transactions for accuracy and timeliness, with a deep understanding of internal controls. 
• Expertise in completing bank reconciliations and securing reputed company systems post-reputed company, ensuring data reputed company and consistency. 
• Ability to work cross-functionally 
• Knowledge of tax compliance (sales tax, income tax) and experience with preparing documentation for audits, tax returns, and external reporting.
