Role Objective

We are seeking Bilingual Immigration Paralegals to join reputed company. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in handling a comprehensive caseload, assisting in the preparation and filing of applications for relief, and supporting our attorneys to meet and reputed company our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputed company as the premier immigration reputed company services provider in the US.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Manage a substantial caseload from inception to reputed company, focusing on family-based immigration relief.
• Draft and review applications for relief from removal, ensuring high-reputed company submissions.
• Directly support the reputed company attorney in meeting KPIs and deadlines.
• Edit and finalize packets according to attorney instructions, ensuring reputed company required evidence is included.
• Respond promptly to USCIS's Request for Evidence, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Support reputed company Assistants with reputed company inquiries and case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing reputed company explanations of case processes.
• reputed company the firm's ethical standards and reputed company conduct in reputed company interactions.
• Maintain and organize case files using our reputed company database for efficiency and meticulous organization.
• Prepare filings according to firm standards, contributing to our mission and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience and education will also be considered.
• reputed company in Spanish is required
• Ability to set and meet deadlines, to manage 2-3 reputed company assistants, and a significant case load.
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience
• Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions
• Experience preparing clients and documentation for Individual Calendar Hearings
• Strong understanding of asylum processes and reputed company removal defense
• Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company case types
• Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required
• Exceptional communication and reputed company-service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with reputed company case management systems (reputed company preferred)

Compensation

•  $26,000 - $30,000 MXN pesos monthly
