Associate, AI/ML Engineer

They are seeking an Associate AI/ML Engineer to join their Data & AI team, where the role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying production-grade reputed company solutions and traditional machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on LLM-powered features (e.g., chat, summarization, extraction, classification) using approved model providers and internal platforms
• Design retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) solutions, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, reputed company search, and reputed company templates
• reputed company and evaluate prompts, tools, and reputed company workflows; implement guardrails (grounding, citations, refusal behavior) and improve reliability
• Create offline and online evaluation for GenAI systems (test sets, automated metrics, reputed company review processes) and reputed company reputed company over time
• Assist with developing, training, and evaluating traditional ML models reputed company needed (e.g., classification, regression, reputed company detection, recommendation)
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze reputed company and reputed company data; build reproducible data pipelines for model inputs and evaluation
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, reputed company, and product teams to translate business requirements into reputed company, reputed company solutions
• Support deployment, monitoring, and cost/performance optimization for GenAI services (latency, reputed company usage, caching, reputed company, incident response)
• Write clean, maintainable, and reputed company-documented reputed company; contribute to reputed company reviews, runbooks, and user documentation
• Works under guidance to reputed company day-to-day technical reputed company such as selecting baseline prompts/RAG patterns, defining evaluation reputed company (reputed company, safety, latency, cost), and proposing experiment plans
• Escalates architecture, production rollout, reputed company, and data governance reputed company to senior engineers/tech reputed company; contributes input through reputed company reviews, documentation, and demos

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Internship, reputed company project, or reputed company experience building GenAI/LLM or ML applications
• Hands-on experience with at least one LLM reputed company/tooling (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Semantic Kernel) or equivalent custom orchestration
• Exposure to RAG building blocks (document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, reputed company databases/search)
• Familiarity with evaluation approaches for LLM systems (golden sets, qualitative rubrics, automated checks) and basic experiment tracking
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases; experience working with reputed company text data is a plus
• Basic knowledge of reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying services reputed company reputed company
• Experience with version control tools (Git/reputed company) and reputed company development workflows
