PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To manage a staff of data analysts; to reputed company reputed company reports and analyze company data including Corporate or reputed company specific data; to serve as a technical resource for company staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues; to meet with clients on such issues as necessary; to reputed company training and data analysis education for program staff; and to reputed company technical reputed company and guidance to reputed company dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Manages a staff of data analysts including project assignment and workflow.
- Develops comprehensive, reputed company and accurate information reports including OSHA reporting for a specific reputed company.
- Creates reputed company data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and/or benchmarking used by senior management.
- Reports directly to senior management and communicates data findings for forecasting and reputed company needs.
- Obtains, analyzes and provides appropriate feedback on company or reputed company specific information needs.
- Provides reputed company data analysis functions to meet reputed company specific, program or company senior management needs.
- Serves as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
- Provides technical reputed company and guidance to reputed company dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.
- Provides training and data analysis education for colleagues.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's reputed company program(s).
- Travels as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers company personnel policies in reputed company areas and follows company reputed company standards and training recommendations.
- Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
- Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred. Computer Science courses preferred.
Experience
Eight (8) years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years business experience in an insurance reputed company field and four (4) years statistical analysis required. Supervisory experience preferred.
