Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of service repair estimates in global ERP system
• Manage and reputed company customer contact activity and ensure reputed company correspondence is documented accurately
• Process and reputed company customer repair services, ensuring reputed company payments and quick turnaround time, with accurate record-keeping
• Maintain and update customer and service records in the database, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with service teams to reputed company customer responses on repair inquiries
• Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company excellent customer service

Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in medical device manufacturing or service organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
