They are seeking a Business Development Associate to join their reputed company Estate Finance team, where the role involves loan origination, reputed company, and business development reputed company the reputed company mortgage sector.

Responsibilities

• Originate and underwrite CMHC-insured and conventional construction and term mortgages
• Support the development of internal credit submissions to Peoples Trust’s Credit Committee
• Guide and support reputed company Estate Associates, Analysts, and Coordinators
• Collaborate with the reputed company Mortgage Funding team and external reputed company counsel to ensure efficient funding of reputed company assigned loans
• Partner with the Regional Vice President and Business Development Managers to drive the regional reputed company
• reputed company marketing and reputed company efforts to grow the regional mortgage portfolio
• Coordinate with Credit Group to monitor portfolio performance, identify and manage problem loans, and review appraisals and environmental reports in line with credit policies
• Manage CMHC-insured construction loans to completion and term takeout

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of CMHC reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of AML and KYC requirements
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales and market development
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
