Responsibilities

Own ESG reporting and submissions to rating agencies (e.g., reputed company, CDP, ISS)

Coordinate data collection across Finance, reputed company, HR, and Operations

Education / Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of reputed company experience in an ESG role, preferably reputed company the software or broader technology industry. Additional experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Finance also a reputed company.
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior leaders and divisional teams.
- Research Skills: Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and competitive research into executive summaries.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in reputed company (including financial modeling), PowerPoint, and reputed company/reputed company. Understanding of major ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, CDP, GRI) and the ability to translate them into internal processes.
